Colorful agate necklace of gemstones and metal spacer beads. Made from 6 mm Agates includes Cape amethyst, peridot jasper, river sandstone, red aventurine, new jade, brown goldstone, black stone and China jade. Agate comes in a variety of colors, including brown, white, red, gray, pink, black, and yellow. Impurities cause the colors, which appear as alternating bands within the agate. The various colors were created as groundwaters of various compositions seeped into the cavity.
